IUOE Local 793 Business Manager Mike Gallagher announced in his video update last Friday that the General Membership Meeting is scheduled on Sunday December 5, 2021, 10:00 am at the OE Banquet & Conference Centre, 2245 Speers Road, Oakville, ON.

To ensure the health and safety of all members attending the General Membership Meeting, pre-registration rules will be in place.

In compliance with the Ontario government’s current public health and workplace safety measures for indoor meetings, the pre-registration rules will include a requirement for proof of full vaccination.

PRE-REGISTRATION PROCESS TO ATTEND GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

1) When to pre-register?

Pre-registration for the General Membership Meeting is now open and will close on December 3rd at 4pm.

2) How to pre-register?

OR

  • To register by phone, call Marco Palladini at 1-877-793-4863 ext: 2113 (Monday to Friday from 9am – 4pm).
3) What to bring to the General Membership Meeting?

All members must bring:
a) Proof of your COVID-19 vaccination. This can be the new provincial enhanced vaccine passport (with QR code) or a paper copy of your vaccination receipts showing proof of your second dose received at least 14 days prior to December 5, 2021. b) Government-issued identification (e.g. driver’s licence) and your Union registration card.

c) Face mask.
