The Unionized construction sector plays an increasingly important role in training the next generation of well-educated and highly skilled workers to meet current and future demands of the economy in Ontario. A new report by the Ontario Construction Secretariat (OCS) highlights the growing role of Unions and their contractor partners in delivering skills upgrade, apprenticeship and health and safety training.
