Local 793 stands in solidarity with the 200 dedicated Developmental Services workers of OPSEU/SEFPO Local 249 employed by Community Living Oakville who have been on strike since May 25.
They are involved in OPSEU’s province wide Worth Fighting For campaign, which is mobilizing 2,000 striking members to fight for fair wages, respect for frontline workers and the resources needed to continue to provide quality support to people with developmental disabilities in our community.
