Sister Cassandra Haystead operates a Komatsu 138 excavator doing site preparation work for the Parliament Welcome Centre as part of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project in Ottawa. The Centre Block, or main Parliament Building, on Parliament Hill, is undergoing a large-scale restoration and modernization, which is the largest and most complex heritage rehabilitation project in Canadian history.
