Brother Ken Snider is backfilling a wing wall on one of the buildings for the new Homer Watson Business Park in Kitchener.
The project will bring life again to one of the largest dormant industrial sites in the Waterloo Region.
Three new buildings are in the works, totalling more than 700,000 square feet of industrial space.
Equipment: 349 CAT hydraulic excavator.
