Brothers Jeff Owen, mobile crane operator, and Jackson Huibers, apprentice, install an overhead road sign on the eastbound Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW). Three lanes on the QEW, from Dixie Road to West Mall Bridge, were closed for the installation.
