The deadline to file your taxes to the Canada Revenue Agency is April 30, but because the deadline lands on a Saturday this year, returns will be accepted until May 2. Returns need to be received or postmarked no later than that date.
Income tax receipts representing Union and working dues for the 2021 taxation year and other taxable benefit receipts from OEBAC (T4A’s) were mailed out to members’ homes in mid-February. If you did not receive your Union dues tax receipts and/or T4A slips, please get in touch with the OEBAC Member Call Centre at 1-844-793-1919.
All tax receipts and T4A’s are also available to download or print on the Union website. Log into your member profile on the Local 793 website and click “DOWNLOADABLE TAX FORMS.”
