How does the Skills Development Fund benefit apprentice training at OETIO?
SDF has provided the training centre with impactful funding, which does several things.
✅Creates a training environment where apprentices can train on current equipment that is prevalent in the industry.
✅ Modernizes the classroom environment by providing technology which enhances learning outcomes for apprentices. For the industry, it provides well-trained, technologically capable apprentices.
✅Assists in addressing the looming skilled labour shortage.
