Local 793 member and tower crane apprentice Shawn Heath operates a Terex 415 tower crane while working for Bellai Alliance on the new Ottawa Public Library at Albert and Commissioner Streets. The estimated cost of building the new mega-library, which officials promise will be a “world-class” facility, is $174.8 million.
