Resorts World Las Vegas filed a complaint in April 2022 stating that the company committed numerous violations of federal labour law during its ongoing union-busting campaign, including:

  • Unlawful worker interrogation
  • Unlawful worker surveillance
  • Unlawful worker threats
  • Unlawful worker promises

For over six months, Resorts World Las Vegas management has been running a union-busting campaign against over 100 facilities maintenance workers and slot machine technicians seeking to organize with Operating Engineers, Local 501.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is seeking an order requiring the company to recognize the workers’ union, Local 501, and bargain in good faith.
