Local 793 members are working for CRS Tunnelling on a 54-inch sewer tunnel project in Sarnia. This $19.3 million sewer upgrade requires microtunnelling 1.7-kilometres and is expected to be completed in early 2022. This project will connect the existing sewage system to a new pumping station as the nearly 50-year-old current pumping station is being taken out of service.
