Brothers Richard Kyle Gibbs and David Kooperberg are drilling 4600 CMCs (controlled modulus columns) at 901 Hopkins Street, Whitby.
CMCs are concrete columns placed in a grid network that effectively spreads the applied high loads from the structure above and between the ground and the grid of CMCs.
The project is to construct a modern industrial warehouse in the prime GTA east industrial node.
