The majority of Canada’s Top 10 major upcoming private and government office building projects will be located in Ontario, according to a report in the Daily Commercial News.
Ontario will be home to 7 out of 10 of the largest upcoming private office building construction projects, totalling $4.269 billion. The largest of these, located in Toronto, is valued at $1.8 billion.
Ontario will also be home to 5 out of 10 of the largest upcoming government office building construction projects, totalling $3.059 billion. The largest of these projects, located in Ottawa, is valued at $2.5 billion.
