Brother Joel Vien, a.k.a Jo Dozer on Facebook, operates a D3 Caterpillar dozer to push and place ballast rock for the future Trillium Line South train tracks in Ottawa.
The project is one of three significant extensions to Ottawa’s light rail transit system. Rock excavation is required so the guideway can be widened and allow for the installation of a second track.
