With the Ontario government lifting COVID-19 restriction limits for indoor gatherings beginning March 1, 2022, Business Manager Mike Gallagher announced that Local 793 monthly district meetings will resume in March, beginning in Timmins on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.

Proof of vaccination will not be required to enter area office meeting spaces but to ensure the health and safety of all members and staff attending district meetings, masking requirements and social distancing of at least 2-metres while indoors will temporarily remain in place.
To enforce these rules and comply with room occupancy limits, as per the Ontario Building Code, pre-registration will be required for those wishing to attend district meetings in March.
When to pre-register?
Pre-registration for each district meeting will open at 9am on the day before the scheduled meeting date and will close at 4pm the day of the district meeting.
How to pre-register?
Starting the day before your district meeting, call your district office to sign up and have your attendance confirmed. CLICK HERE to find the phone number of your district office.
You must call personally and not have someone call for you. Pre-register for your own district meeting if possible.
